### Do I need to find a video reference?

No. The complete-goal scene uses the prepared action clip, while your photo supplies the scorer identity. You choose only resolution. If the reference is unavailable, generation stays unavailable until it is ready. AI does not guarantee an exact match.

### What happens to unused reserved credits?

After private archival and technical checks, the server reads the actual video duration. It rounds up to seconds with a 50 ms tolerance, returns unused reserved credits, and never charges above the original quote. Definite technical failures return the reservation; a completed quality issue is reviewed separately.
