Video credits, processing tasks and failed renders
Understand a football-video quote, avoid duplicate requests, and tell a slow task from a definite provider failure.
Read the quote as a reservation
The quote is the maximum credit amount calculated by the server for the template duration and selected resolution. The budget covers reference input and output seconds; your photo does not add video seconds. A credit pack is a one-time purchase, not an unlimited subscription. Check the current creator quote rather than an older screenshot or another site’s units. The amount is reserved when a task starts. After private archival and technical checks, the server bills actual whole seconds with a 50-millisecond tolerance and returns unused credits. The confirmed quote is always the charge ceiling.
Know when a new request is a new purchase of compute
Pressing Generate creates a request with its own identifier. The task service uses that identity to recover a repeated submission of the same request without intentionally creating a second task. Starting again with a new request identifier is a new generation. Do not click repeatedly because a video takes time. Open My videos and inspect the existing status. Keep the browser tab or task ID while it is processing. A lost connection between your browser and the site does not prove the provider stopped working.
Understand the task states
Pending or processing means there is no final outcome yet. A status-check error is a failed read, not proof of failed generation. For this site, success follows private archival, MP4 container and resolution checks, and duration settlement. These checks do not establish visual quality or decode every frame. A definite provider or technical-output failure returns the reservation. Cancellation after submission is not automatically refunded because the provider may already have charged. Retry the status check without starting another paid render, and keep the task ID for support.
Separate technical failure from quality disappointment
A definite provider failure follows the task service’s credit-refund path. A completed video with an imperfect face, wrong ball trajectory or skipped action is a quality issue. Those cases do not have identical automatic outcomes. Review the published refunds page before purchasing and contact support with a precise description if the completed result is unusable. Do not assume that deleting a preview, closing the browser or choosing a different scene reverses a completed charge. Keep the relevant input details without posting private photos or payment information publicly.
Check a payment in the account, not the URL
A checkout return link is not proof that a payment settled or that credits were granted. The signed provider event and the site’s order and credit records establish that result. Return to your account and refresh the balance. If payment is delayed, avoid paying a second time just because the first page is slow. Contact support with the order reference. Never send a full card number, authentication token or secret checkout URL in a public screenshot. The site uses Stripe-hosted payment entry when checkout is enabled.
Keep a usable result
Download a finished video through your authenticated account. A playable temporary URL is not a permanent archive, and a task ID alone is not a local video file. Check the downloaded clip’s length, format and audio. Keep the order reference and task ID if you need support later. This workflow guide explains intended behavior; local tests, deployed configuration, a real paid generation and a real payment receipt are separate evidence. Read the service status honestly when generation or checkout is not yet available.
Common questions
Does processing mean the credits are lost?
No final result is confirmed by that state. Keep the task ID and use the existing task’s status check instead of creating another.
Does returning from Stripe prove I have credits?
No. The site must verify the payment and record the corresponding credit grant. Check the account balance and order state.
Are all imperfect videos automatically refunded?
No. Technical task failures and completed quality issues follow different handling. Read the current refunds page and contact support if needed.
