Before you generate
- Credits are reserved only when you press Generate, not when you select a photo or review a quote.
- A confirmed technical failure automatically returns the reserved credits. A shorter valid video returns the unused difference.
- A slow or interrupted status check is not a failed video. Check the same task in My videos before trying again.
- A completed video with a quality issue needs support review; refunds and free retries are not automatic.

before the whistle.
The quote depends on the scene’s requested length, resolution and any measured motion-reference duration. Reference video input and generated output both count toward the provider cost. Your scorer photo does not add video seconds.
The server reserves the quoted credits when a task starts. Definite failed tasks follow the task service’s credit-return path. A completed render with a quality issue is a different case; review the refund policy.
Completed videos are billed by actual duration, rounded up to whole seconds with a 50 ms tolerance. Shorter videos return the difference; longer videos never exceed your quote.
There is no free-generation allowance. Checkout and generation availability are shown separately. A successful payment, a credit grant and a completed video are separate steps.
