Before you generate
- Credits are reserved only when you press Generate, not when you select a photo or review a quote.
- A confirmed technical failure automatically returns the reserved credits. A shorter valid video returns the unused difference.
- A slow or interrupted status check is not a failed video. Check the same task in My videos before trying again.
- A completed video with a quality issue needs support review; refunds and free retries are not automatic.

Complete-goal example. See the direction below for this scene.
The direction
A low pass arrives from the left. Take a controlled first touch and strike the football into the goal. Keep the striker, ball trajectory and net in one wide shot.
Make it work
- Use one clear photo of an authorized adult scorer.
- Choose a format that leaves room for the ball and the net.
- Review the quote, then follow the existing task in My videos.
- Check likeness, contact, anatomy and audio before downloading.
If the result looks wrong
Change one input at a time. Use a clearer photo for identity, a continuous motion clip for action, or a wider camera for ball visibility. A prompt is a direction, not a guarantee.

Which action does this scene request?
A low pass arrives from the left. Take a controlled first touch and strike the football into the goal. Keep the striker, ball trajectory and net in one wide shot.
Do I need to find a video reference?
This scene can start from one authorized adult photo. An optional motion clip can guide timing, but the clip must fit the scene limit shown in the form.
What happens to unused reserved credits?
After private archival and technical checks, the server reads the actual video duration. It rounds up to seconds with a 50 ms tolerance, returns unused reserved credits, and never charges above the original quote. Definite technical failures return the reservation; a completed quality issue is reviewed separately.
